1. It basically states that you realize the photos we are taking are for promotional purposes and you cannot reproduce them for commercial use without permission.
2. It clearly states that you are 18 years of age or older and asks for proof with not only an ID # but a copy of the ID and photos of yourself proving you are who you say you are.
* This is for everyone’s safety. We do not care what you look like just who you are.
3. It is basically a job application. You are applying to work with our network. We need to see you put your best foot forward.
4. Parts of your application are used on your website page and even in our publications so pay attention and fill out the application completely.
5. Don’t worry if you do make a mistake, you can update your application as often as you like.
